Mall.Global are data controllers of personal information collected and processed through the Platform Services.

When you consent to our processing your personal information for a specified purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop processing of your data for that purpose.
Sharing the information collected
Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers' personal information to others. We share customers' information only as described below.
Third Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Data Retention and right to be forgotten
We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information to provide the services to you, you can execute your right to be forgotten. In that case we will erase your personal information and close your Mall.Global account. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information: We may retain some of your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety. For example, if we suspend an account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain certain information from that account to prevent such user from opening a new account in the future. We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, we may keep some of your information for tax, legal reporting and auditing obligations. Because we maintain Site to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
Withdrawing Consent and Restriction of Processing
Where you have provided your consent to the processing of your personal information by Mall.Global you may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a communication to us specifying which consent you are withdrawing. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on such consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, in some jurisdictions, applicable law may give you the right to limit the ways in which we use your personal information, in particular where (i) you contest the accuracy of your personal information; (ii) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of your personal information; (iii) we no longer need your personal information for the purposes of the processing, but you require the information for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or (iv) you have objected to the processing pursuant to Section 7.6 and pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of Mall.Global override your own.
Objection to Processing
In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to require Mall.Global not to process your personal information for certain specific purposes (including profiling) where such processing is based on legitimate interest. If you object to such processing we will no longer process your personal information for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for such processing or such processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where your personal information is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may, at any time ask us to cease processing your data for these direct marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
Lodging Complaints
You have the right to lodge complaints about the data processing activities carried out by us before the competent data protection authorities.
Automated individual decision-making
While using our Site you will always have an option to opt-in or to optout. Our Site doesn’t automatically make decisions for you.

The Site may provide links to other Websites or resources over which Mall.Global does not have control (“External Web Sites”). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by Mall.Global of those External Web Sites. You acknowledge that Mall.Global is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that Mall.Global is not responsible for the content of such External Web Sites. Your use of External Web Sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies located on the linked to External Web Sites.
Privacy policy update
Mall.Global may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, Mall.Global will post our updated Privacy Policy on our Site, along with notice that the Privacy Policy has been changed so you are always aware of what personally identifiable information we may collect and how we may use this information. Mall.Global may also send registered users that have provided us with their email address an email notification notifying such users of any changes to the Privacy Policy. Mall.Global encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of this Site and/or continued provision of personally identifiable information to us will be subject to the terms of the then-current privacy policy.
Children’s privacy
Mall.Global recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. Mall.Global does not target its Site to children under 13. Mall.Global does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us so we can delete it. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any personally identifiable information.
